Is A HCG Level Of 365 Mui/ml Indicative Of Pregnancy?
Question: Dear Sirs,
My wife Start her period on 17th March 2016, She usually have (28 days Menstrual Cycle).
Now missed her period 5 days over and we take a Blood HCG on (19.04.2016) and the result is 365mui/ml
is this positive or any problem with this kindly advice me.

we taken beta hcg test, is that the same normal HCG test. And what is the level of HCG Present in urine.
We taken the urine test 2 days before and it shows faint line...

Dear Madam,

We take a Blood HCG on (19.04.2016) and the result is 365miu/ml and we again taken blood test after 48hrs and the HCG is -780miu/ml its doubled.
But on (21.04.2016) we taken urine home pregnancy test but its only shows the faint line.
How its happens any possibility for Ectopic Pregnancy, kindly advice me.

Please do not rely on the urine test.
Ectopic pregnancy can be ruled out only after an ultrasound scan.
Based on the last menstrual period of 17th March, she will complete 7 weeks of pregnancy on the 5th of May.
Please get a transvaginal ultrasound scan on the 5th of May, that should show a fetus with heartbeat.
If you are very worried about ectopic pregnancy, you can get a transvaginal scan done even now, it should show an intrauterine gestational sac.
That will remove all fear of ectopic pregnancy from your mind.

Early she has some pain in abdomen but its resoled while drinking lot water.
No other symptoms of ectopic pregnancy.
