Brief Answer:
different medications have different strengths

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned but important to remember that the doses of all medications vary.

In the same way, there are some blood pressure medications that start at a dose of 5 mg (eg amlodipine) and others that start at 80mg (telmisartan0.
Or a diabetic medication that starts at 30mg (gliclazide) whereas other may start at 500mg (metformin)
The medication is different but they both work.

Though the amount is different, it does not mean that one works better than the other.
The effective dose of one medication or vaccine is different from the effective dose of another, this depends on the type of medication and manufacturing technique

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
