Is ST Transmission Possible Without Sexual Intercourse?

default
Posted on Sat, 8 Nov 2014
Question: Hello Dear Dr. XXXXXXX

I have had a horrible anxiety for some days as a result of going to to strip club and having dry rubbing with stripper. So my case is like that I wore jeans and underwear, and she just wore underwear. So we had rubbing for less than 10 minute, and I got ejaculated. But I did not rubbed my penis against vagina direly; however, we had rubbing in her butts, legs and all of the region.
1. My first question is whether I could have infected HIV and any STDs?
2. My second question is that I touched her breast and legs, so hypothetically, we imagine that she had broken sores of herps or syphilis. And I have not had any broken skin on my hand and also in my entire body. SO is there any possibility to get other stds like syphilis or herpes if I don't have skin broken, but she had skin broken?

Thank you very much for explanation and responding in advance!

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I have gone through your query with complete diligence and analyzing each and every word with best of my clinical acumen as well as the academic knowledge let me first and foremost reassure you that you don’t have any chance of any type of sexually transmitted infections including HIV or syphilis or any other related infection.

So just relax and take a deep breath to exhale out your anxiety form the mind and body. Let me give you the scientific and medical explanations to my firm declaration of your healthy and clear state:

- The complete act was done with clothes on. There was no direct tough of vagina to penis or any other mucous surface (like penis to vagina or anus) in the complete incidence. It is the most important barrier between the penis and vagina. In this world there has been no case reported so far with transmission of any sexually transmitted infections with clothes on.

- Your ejaculation also occurred inside the undergarments with the stripper panty being present on her genitals. So at this time also there was no direct touch of the penile or vaginal surfaces.

- The mere skin to skin touch of butts or legs or any other surface never ever can transmit any type of sexually transmitted infection.

- In the transmission of any type of sexually transmitted infection it is must that there should be exchange of fluid to fluid like blood or serum or vaginal or seminal fluid. As you can get there had not been any such type of exchange in your case.

Even if we consider that she had broken sore of herpes or syphilis then also we can get form your query that there had not been any cuts or broken skin in yourself.

Last to last if we consider that you have any minute invisible cuts then there is term called as “infective dose". In any of the sexually transmitted infection it requires minimum of amount infective agent like bacteria or viruses which can cause the entry and then infection. By skin to skin contact it is practically and clinically not possible to attain this "infective dose"- No & never!!

I so many times counsel your kind of cases where there is lot of apprehension due to skin to skin contact. If skin to skin contact could cause infection or transmission then more than half of this world would have gone mad with one or the other sexually transmitted diseases !!!

So young man just relax yourself. Skin to skin contact is one of the most common mode of showing regards. Even in HIV cases we always touch them with so much of love and affection – as they require it.

I hope you must be more than relaxed to know all these simple medical and scientific facts.

I will be glad to guide you any further for your any sort of queries.

"With good health wishes"
