Brief Answer:
No medicines needed as of now

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting HealthcareMagic!

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Your SGPT and SGOT values are absolutely normal and nothing to worry about it.

Your bilirubin value is slightly higher but not a big issue.
You can do an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any cirrhosis or liver diseases.
As of now, no treatment is required, Try to avoid alcohol and hepatotoxic drugs for the time being.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you good health.
Thanks

The answer is not satisfactory.
I have done twice ultrasound , fibroscan, even biopsy
Ultrasound sound shows fatty lever.
Fibro scan gave value 9(within range not high)
Biopsy shows may be fibrosis of grade between 2-3.
All result confusing.
No problem in digestion. Or any other problem.
Pl.clear my doubt.

No need to worry regarding SGPT values and bilirubin,

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up.
Your liver enzymes are within normal limits. No need for any treatment as of now.
Bilirubin is slightly above normal. But it is quite common variant and does not have any clinical significance.
Fatty liver is a universal finding and one third of general population will have this finding. As of now no need to worry and no treatment is required
Wishing you good health
