Brief Answer:
rh isoimmunization has to eb prevented during pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The prime concern in such couples is RH ISOIMMUNIZATION in case of pregnancy. but this can easily be prevented these days with development of ANTI-D injections which are given to mother at 28 weeks and 72 hrs within delivery to prevent isoimmunization, i.e. production of antibodies against foetal RH positive red cells. So in general there is no problem seen in the first pregnancy which may turn out to be normal but if anti-d injection has not been administered then once she gets isoimmunized then chances of second pregnancy developing a complication HYDROPS FOETALIS is increased or depending on the critical level vaues chances of preterm delivery are high.
So there is no contraindication that you should not marry her but ensure that she gets anti-d injections during her first delivery .

Thanks doctor for your advice. We have two more queries in this regard like,
1. Can there be further complications even if ANTI-D injections are given to mother at 28 weeks and 72 hrs within delivery? In such case what we should follow.
2. Will there be any health issue of baby and mother in future? In such case what are the precautions we need to take.
Many thanks in advance for your valuable input.

Detailed Answer:
Ans 1:- No if anti d have been given, the mother shall remain protected and the next pregnancy can be safe, though again in next pregnancy she would have to be given the same injections all over again.

2. There will be no health issues regarding to rh group mismatching if anti d is being given on time ad isoimmunization is prevented.

Thank you doctor for your valuable input.

As I understood in case of timely ANTI-D injections there should not be any problem / complicacy during pregnancy.

Thank you once again for your suggestion.
