Iam in my 6th week with twin babies.yesterday I saw red colored bleeding immediately we went for consultation n my doctor said there is a subchornical bleeding and everything is normal.she gave me purse500 tablets.
Is it safe to take .is this bleeding is symptoms for abortion??

Hello,
Purse 500 is tranexamic acid tabs and not recommended for subchorionic bleed , infact you should be taking micronized progesterone tabs like TAB E-GEST 300mg SR once at night daily + Inj hcg 5000IU twice a week for 2 weeks and absolute bed rest till bleeding stops completely to allow placentation to take over completely.
