Brief Answer:
simple flupenthixol 0.5 or etizolam

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Placida is banned by government of XXXXXXX It is misused by physicians as an anti anxiety medicines to relive the symptoms. Very few psychiatrists use it. It has high dependence potential so more withdrawal when patients stop it. It contains flupenthixol(an antipsychotic in small dose) and melitracin(an anti depressant). Best thing is to consult psychiatrist to treat withdrawal as well as to diagnose your actual problem and treatment for it. By this way you can stop your all medicines later on.

You can currently take simple flupenthixol 0.5 mg instead of placida or some preparation of flupenthixol+escitalopram.

Another option is anti anxiety medicine etizolam 0.5 mg for one tablet of placida.

I hope I have answered your query.I will be glad to answer if still any confusion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanka for follow up.

You can start with either of flupenthixol or etizolam. If not improved in two days, add another.

I think it is difficult to get this medicines without written prescription by a psychiatrist. So if feasible consult some psychiatrist.
