I suggest that you continue to try for conception as you have been doing, and if you are not successful, repeat the semen analysis again after 6 months or so, and as I said earlier, preferably at a reputed infertility centre close to your place of residence, as there is a lot of discrepancy between the reports issues by a normal lab and a report issued by a lab specializing in infertility. You can continue using the medication which has been prescribed earlier.
