Semen Test Showed Motility 40%, Sluggish 30%. Suggested Oligo Care Tablets. Safe?

I am 38 year old.I test my Siemens report last 6th month ago .Here My motility shows 40%,languish shows 30%,dead 30%At present one Bangladeshi professor give me oligo care tablets daily two times .Now can i help by this tablets to decrease my problem?

Hi,
Your report did not mention the overall count of sperm in the ejaculate. If the count is normal, and only motility is the issue, there should not be much of a problem in taking 'nutraceuticals' which are meant to improve sperm quality, and I guess Oligocare must be one such medicine. On the other hand, if the sperm count is poor, you should certainly get a few more tests done and only then can we decide the nature of treatment.
