Both are good medications . The chance of Erectile dysfunction is nil with Enalapril but even with Nebistar , the chances of Erectile dysfunction is very nil.

If other causes of Erectile Dysfunction has been ruled out then you can think of changing to Enalapril. In that case you should not stop Nebistar suddenly but reduce the dose and simultaneous start Enalapril and after 10-15 days get your blood pressure checked and then stop Nebistar and adjust the Enalapril dose as per blood pressure .

This has to be done in consultation with your treating doctor.
