Hello,

Loperamide HCl 2mg and Imodium 2 mg are the same thing. Imodium is the brand name, but what it contains is loperamide.

Some formulations of Imodium also contain other ingredients, such as Imodium Multi-Symptom Relief also contains simethicone for gas. But the only active ingredient in regular "Imodium A-D" is loperamide 2 mg.
