Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I pill prevents the pregnancy by its hormonal action.
If there is no chance of pregnancy, then there is no adverse effect by i pill on the health or chances of future pregnancy.
The commonest side effect of i pill is delaying the next expected periods by 2-3 weeks, due to its hormonal action.
I suggest her not to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
