Answered by Dr. Sankaranantham Murugan (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Transmission risk of HIV through oral sex is low as per CDC, XXXXXXX USA.
Earliest manifestations of HIV can occur only after 3-4 weeks after the exposure in the presence of an infection, that too not with all , only with 50-70% of the infected individuals.
Loose motion can occur to anybody at any point of time. It depends upon our food habits and its quality.
Moreover, licking of vagina can lead to gastrointestinal infection and loose motions due to some bacteria other than HIV.
So your symptoms could not be due to HIV.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are not necessarily be due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Your loose motion, that too, one time loose motion, could not be due to HIV, but possible to have a relation to your oral sex. It is easy to treat. If the problem persists you can consult a physician and get well.
Not related to HIV. You can take up HIV test boldly 12 weeks after the exposure and the nonreactive test will rule out the low risk also and you will get relieved from the tension.

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
All Sex workers are not necessarily HIV positive. They also knew the risk of HIV from their profession. So they will also be particular in having protected sex and periodic check ups.
At the same time an external cleanliness alone can not rule out the possibility of HIV.
I mentioned that your symptoms are unlikely be due to HIV. That is not a conclusive statement. Only a nonreactive test after 12 weeks can rule out the possibility of HIV conclusively.

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Dry mouth can be due to mild sore throat, possibly due to oral sex, but not necessarily due to either HIV or STD. Sore throat and gas problems are common to anybody at anytime even without sexual activity.
So nothing to worry about this.

in the intercourse if penis was bleeded only hiv occurs right? because in this tension iam thinking whether the condom was bursted or not 99.99 notnot bursted but 0.1% iam thinking it was bursted due to tension

Brief Answer:
Testing for HIV is the final thing to reveal the HIV status.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
With the protected exposure, the risk of HIV transmission is far less even in the presence of a condom break.
If it would have broken, it would be obvious when you remove the condom. It would not be filled or leaking outside.
Bleeding wound over the penis is not a must criteria for the transmission of HIV. Minute abrasions (visible or not visible) can cause an exchange of body fluids and thereby risk of transmission increases.
Don't analysis the probabilities of HIV infection risk. In spite of regular sex for years, spouses of positive individuals remain free from HIV infection at the time of HIV detection or thereafter.
So HIV testing is the only answer to all your questions, that too, 12 weeks after the exposure.
Not to worry about loose motion, dry mouth and gas trouble. They could occur to anybody without HIV. They are in no way specific for HIV infection.
