Is Fetzima A Good Alternative To Celexa?

Question: I have written this 3 times now!.i am 71 obese. 5"6 258. I have no energy and have been on celexa for a few years. But don't get any better. my doc. want to try me on fetzima, but after reading the side effects and bad reviews. I am afraid to try it.
