Is Cetirizine Advisable During Pregnancy?

Question: I am 23 weeks pregnant. Recently suffered from congestion in chest and nasal tract. Also have a history of bronchitis. Can I take cetrizine along with steam and nasoclear saline drops. Is it safe? If not, please prescribe some medicines.
