Brief Answer:
Need to rule out even lumbar spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
No there.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have back pain that radiates to the lower limbs?

Any tingling or numbness?

Usually kidney stone pain will radiate from one side on the mid back to the groin region. There will also be burning sensation on passing urine.

Pancreatitis can cause low back pain that radiates to the front of the abdomen at times. They're may also be jaundice.

Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis can look for the above mentioned conditions.

Usually spondylosis of the lumbar spine can cause similar complaints, associated with arthritis of the spine. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the painful regions.

Do get an Xray of the lumbosacral spine to help in the diagnosis.

I hope I have answered your query.
