Brief Answer:
The source of bleeding needs to be determined.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

It seems that you are anxious since the first thing you suspect is bladder cancer.

First of all, you should check the origin of blood. Does it comes from vagina, bladder or anus.

If it comes from bladder the blood in urine is the main sign and the sanitary pad would be clear.

If the bleeding comes from vagina, or rectum (haemorrhoids) you have blood in pad and toilet.

You can use a vaginal tampon and if underwear is clear and a tampon with blood the blood comes from the vagina. If the tampon is clear and underwear are with blood and there is blood in the toilet too the source of bleeding is rectum possibly hemorrhoids. Since you are constipated, straining in the toilet can cause bleeding if you suffer from any hemorrhoids.

Feel free to write back once you determine the source of bleeding.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
