Question: I seem to be having that feeling of almost like air being pushed up from my lungs and aspogus no other symptoms I have low normal blood pressure complete blood work is normal 5 pds over weight nit sure what to make if it

By your history and description, possibility of GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease) is more likely.
In this, lower end of esophagus is not constricted so food, gas, acid comes up and gives such sensations.
You need to consult gastroenterologist and get done upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy to diagnose this.
Treatment is proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole or omeprazole) and prokinetic drug (levosulperide).

Thank you no I do not smoke I do not drink alcohol the only thing I have started doing different is XXXXXXX king coffee once a day and it is decaf coffee I have had this before but didn’t know what to make of it

Ok I will try to get an appointment I just wanted to make sure it is nothing more serious I am not short of breath and blood pressure is 116/66 and heart rate is 70-80 a little anxious I don’t feel it when I am moving around or doing anything but notice it more when I sit down and relax again feels like a double beat or air being pushed out in the upper asopogus I will try tums or Rolaids
