I Have Been Diagnosed With Thyroid Nodule And 8 Months

Question: I have been diagnosed with thyroid nodule and 8 months back and it was of the size around 3 cms. Had gone through FNAC and it was diagnosed to be benign nodule. The doctors suggested me to wait for 6 more months and go trhough ultra sound and in july I went through ultrasound and the doctor asked me not to worry if I do not have difficulty in breathing or swallowing. I do not have difficulty in eating or breathing but I have some discomfort which I am unable to explain. Please let me know if there is any homeopathic treatment for the thyroid nodules, my thyroid levels are normal. Please suggest if I should go for the surgery and get it removed.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes a removal of nodule is possible. Can consult a surgeon for it. Make sure that the normal thyroid or any nerve doesnot get removed during surgery.
If you can bear the discomfort, then there is no particular need to removal of nodule. It is your own choice.

For stress you can join some yoga and meditation classes.
