Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Vaginal lump do you mean internal and external? If it is external it can be caused by sebaceous glands ( contain oil glands), or Bartholin’s glands, which produce mucus and other lubricants. They are usually not in pain. However, different type of cysts may become enlarged and lead to pain, itching or an increased risk of infection. In this situation you should see and GYN doctor, they will do examination and help you with the underlying cause.

I hope that It can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I hope you have good health.

Best regards,

No discharge. Just the small lump on inside vaginal lip. New partner a month ago. Only the itchy small lump which has no discharge or any different color than the actual skin around it. It has decreased in size and has only been there for 3 days.
45 years ago I was getting a divorce and had a new partner and ended up with an std and had to have antibiotics. Nothing has ever happened since then
