Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Considering all your medical history i can say that you have symptoms of hypothyroidism.

I suggest to do a TSH test to see if you if your need to increase the dosis of thyroid medication.

Let me know the result and i will be happy to guide you further.

Wish you all the best.

Brief Answer:
Urea level is within te range

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I read one more time your query, very carefully but i still cannot find a relationship between your urea level and your symptoms.

The normal range of urea are 1.8-7.1 mmol/l.This means that your reasult is within the range.
Anyway if you have a medical history of a known kidney condition, my advice is to check the creatinine test.
This is the right test to evaluate your actual kidney function.

If you were my patient, apart for hypothyroidism i will ask to do a cortisole test(in the morning) and an electrolyte panel.

These test are recommended when your doctor suspect an adrenal issue called Addison's disease that can explain all your symptoms.

Hope this is helpful.
Take care

Brief Answer:
High protein diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It is necessary to increase the dosis of thyroid medication (125mcg/day)to feel better and normalise your TSH level.
At the same time i recommend to start a high protein diet in order to increase your urea production and normalise your urea test result.

Hope i have clarified your doubts.
Best regards.
