Suggest Treatment For Sore Swollen Glands Along With Sore Throat
Question: I had a sneezing fit Sunday and when it was over my glands are now sore and feels like I broke my XXXXXXX apple. I know this is not possible and it is allergy season here it also hurts when I swallow just like having strep throat. I saw a doctor today and strep test was neg.

I have read your query and would want to assure you that there is nothing to worry.
It is very common to get sore throat after such prolonged sneezing fits.
Just take FEXOFENADINE 180 mg once a day for 4-5 days and do warm saline gargles twice a day.
Avoid cold drinks and smoking.
In case there is any bodyache or headache,you may take tablet paracetamol .
There is no need for antibiotics in such a situation.
You should be all right in next 3-5 days.
