Brief Answer:
Serum beta hCG blood test required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) You seem to have tried correctly and doctor's advice has also been right.

2) However chance of pregnancy in such a cycle is around ten percent only and multiple attempts might be required.

3) I suggest you do serum beta hCG blood test to confirm pregnancy. If there is no pregnancy, this is likely to be your regular monthly period. This blood test will confirm pregnancy at the earliest.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
