Brief Answer:
The next step is abdominal CT-scan or MRI to rule out any tumor in your adrenal glands.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question Pasilie. Hope I can be of help for you today. In your blood test result epinephrine, cortisol and testosterone are elevated due to many conditions such as tumors or chronic stress and drug and obesity that can affect adrenal glands and it produces more epinephrine. This can cause you high blood pressure, heartbeat rapid, shaking.. Ect.. Do you take any medicine before this symptom happens? Because you have weight loss I am concerned about something going on with your hormone due to a tumor. The next step is abdominal CT-scan or MRI to rule out any tumor in your adrenal glands.

I hope that I can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I Hope you have good health.

Best regards,
