1, Acidity in the morning and vomiting

Thanks for the query,
Dyspepsia and nausea are common in pregnancy , however to control nausea and vomiting you may opt for TAB DOXINATE-PLUS X 1-1-1 X 15 DAYS and for dyspepsia = TAB PANTOP-dsr x 1-0-1 x 10 days ( 1/2 HR before food).
This should help.
However swollen feet can be indicative of pedal oedema which can be due to raised blood pressure. Please send your antenatal profile reports including LFT & RFT for a review.
