Brief Answer:
Nitrodur transdermal patch

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

The nitrodur patch requires to be removed at night to have free period of 10-12 hours because it is needed to prevent tolerance to the medication. With one such instance it's unlikely to lead to tolerance however such an incident should be avoided in future to prevent tolerance to the nitrates medication.

wishing you best of health

Thanks
