Brief Answer:
The only way is to stop taking it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

Let me congratulate you for your baby.

The only way to get adderall out of your baby's system is to get it out of your system. If you don't take it anymore ,it will be out of your system.
As long as adderall is in your system ,it is going to be in your baby's system too.
If it is not anymore in your system ,it is going to get out of your baby's system too.

There is no other way to get Adderall out of your body.
The best way is to gradually lower the dose to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Adderall has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA.This means studies in animals have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans. In this cases amphetamines should only be given during pregnancy when benefits outweigh risks.

Available data for Amphetamines (Adderall) suggest no increase in the risk of malformation when used at therapeutic doses, while infants might have slightly lower birth weights.

So since you are 30 weeks pregnant ,the body of your baby is definitely formed (every organ and every part of the body). So every possible malformation from using adderall during pregnancy would already have occurred.
So if you have done an Morphological ultrasound which is performed during the second trimester (18-20 weeks) and your baby is completely normal and no malformation has occurred.

In this case the risks of using Adderall during pregnancy include:
-Low weight at birth
-Withdrawal symptoms after delivery (agitation ,excessive crying etc).

If you can deal with your everyday life without taking Adderall ,then you can get off it.
Discuss it with your treating doctor so you can chose the best option for you and your baby.
Your doctor may gradually decrease the dose you are taking until you get off it to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

I hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards!
