How To Reduce Toxins From The Body?

Question: I would like to know how to reduce toxins from body. I am regularly doing 30mins exercise every day but not able to reduce fat content from body. Recently have done some medical checkup, plz find the attached doc.

Hi and thanks for your query.

To reduce toxins, there are many ways but I know of a safest way and that is to drink cleanest water.

To reduce weight diet and exercise have to be tried together. In diet eliminate the fatty high calorie foods like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, cream, ice cream, etc. Take a meal that is just less than enough to satisfy hunger. Eat salad and fruits atleast 5 times a day. Diet can be tailored according to your BMI. So if you want to know diet chart please post a query for dietician.

Hi,
The above mentioned fatty foods was not at all part of my diet. I stopped adding sugar while having Milk products for almost 3yrs back. And also i am having food less than full stomach. I am not able to get the option to attach the documents.
Age: 35yrs
HT: 173CMS
WT: 75Kgs
BMI: 25.3
BF%: 31.5
VF%: 6.0
BMR: 1520

Hi again

You are only slightly overweight. Your ideal body weight is around 72 kg. Losing a few kilos is not hard with diet and exercise. If you want you can also try orlistat that does not allow absorption of fat from food into body. It is to be taken with food 3 times a day. Though it can cause excretion of fats in stools. Otherwise its quite safe.
