Question: Hi I am married & my age is 37 yrs. In intercourse with my partner, I get ejaculate in very short time. Most of the time I ejaculate within few seconds as soon as I start intercourse. Please suggest remedy. Regards, XXXX

Brief Answer: Please follow the guidelines as follows Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for choosing www.healthcaremagic.com There are many ways to prolong ejaculation time. 1- "kiegel" Exercise- You have to tighten your perineal muscles as if to hold urine till you count 10, relax and repeat for 10 times, 2 times a day. 2- Female superior position is better for ejaculatory control 3- Practice to control and stop thrusting when about to ejaculate. Repeat it as many times as you can 4- Brisk walking helps in toning up muscles 5- Antidepressant (SSRI) like Dapoxetine 30 mg 1 hour before sex is effective. However, ejaculation is controlled by pelvic floor muscles so kigel's exercises tone up the muscles,hence delay ejaculation.
