How To Control My GGT Levels When Diagnosed With Typhoid And Fatty Liver?

Question: Hi I was diagnosed with typhoid and fatty liver in 1st week of march 2018.till then I used to take alcohol weekly or sometimes bi weekly also.but since 2nd week of march I haven't touched alcohol.but my ggt level is still as high as 193as per today's report (which was 285 earlier on 11th of march). kindly suggest how to control my ggt levels?

Whole grains are very beneficial to consume.These can be in the form of whole wheat bread or cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta,grains such as whole oats, wild rice, rye, oatmeal and corn are also beneficial and can be taken if suits your food pattern.
