How To Confirm If The Hymen Is Intact Or Not?

Question: Hi im welling to know if i have a hymen i never had sex but used to insert tissue into my body during mensturation. Im really worried as not being virgin in my culture equals death. Please give me an accurate answer i attatched some pictures too

I have gone through the attached pictures and do not find any intact hymen. Although I must acknowledge that there is hymen remnant on the left side of vagina.

Although it is not part of question but I must inform you that intact hymen do not intact virgnity or vise versa. As a doctor I know individuals who have intact hymen but have regular sexual intercourse.

Please help me what to do im really feeling bad and im in the thought of killing myself. I had never done some thing wrong and not having hymen means the end of life to me. Just one more question with this situation may i have bleeding with my first intercourse?? Please help me please

There is option of hymenoplasty which is otherwise known as hymen repair. By this simple surgical procedure it is possible to recreate the hymen as for a virgin.

If you are desperate considering the cultural norms there is no harm in undergoing surgery.

Thanks for reverting back to me.

As I stated in my first answer there is remnant of hymen on the right side and the another picture shows there is annular structure around the opening.

I think he was referring for annular structure as few individuals have the annular kind of hymen.

To confirm our observation it will be wise to see a doctor in person so she can examine and can confirm that the annular structure is hymen only.
