Brief Answer:
DO ONE USG SCAN AND CONSULT WITH GYNECOLOGIST.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

First of all, you need to undergo one pelvic ultrasound scan (preferably TVS) to rule out INCOMPLETE abortion (RETAINED bits or placental tissue) due to FAILED medical abortion.

You must consult with LOCAL GYNECOLOGIST for clinical assessment. Depending on ultrasound scan result, you may need to undergo D & C (surgical evacuation of uterine cavity). Until then, you should maintain genital hygiene properly.

Hope, I have answered your query. If you don't have any other query, you can close the discussion.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Brief Answer:
FOLLOW THE ADVICE.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up query.

At first, you need one clinical assessment and ultrasound scan to be decided whether abortion pill can be given or not to evacuate uterine cavity. Double dose of abortion pill may cause ill-health effect with menstrual irregularity.

In case of adherent placental tissue or retained bits, D & C will be useful. Here, I suggest you to consult with local gynecologist following test report. It will be more worthwhile.

Hope, it helps for you. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any query.

Good luck and all the best.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
