Brief Answer: It is not detrimental Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for showing your trust on me. I would like to answers your queries one by one. 1. You can take medication either half hour before or two hour later of taking meal. Food normally decrease absorption of drugs, so better to maintain a time difference. Never take them empty stomach, it could cause gastritis. 2. You can take brahmi tablet. It is ayurvedic drugs and has no major side effects. How does it work and any effect on memory, that i can not explain. If you want to take it, you can. Literature shows it improve cognitive function, so you can take it. 3. At your age, thrice a week, watching porn movies or doing sex is not hyper-sexuality. There is nothing harm in it. Remember, man is ever green, so you can do it as many time as you want. It would not effect on your mental activity rather it would give you sexual pleasure. 4. Everyone need different duration of sleep and with age, our sleep normally decrease. If you are getting 5 hours sound sleep and not getting tiredness after that, then nothing to worry about it. In depression, patients feel tiredness and sleep a lot. After improvement, they sleep according to their need. Same thing is in your case. So, just relax. You are getting better. There is nothing bad in your case. Regards Dr. Abhishek Kapoor Psychiatrist
