Brief Answer:
Please tell me opinion of your Surgeon for further discussion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/33 - had appendectomy for appendicular perforation with lots of pus and adhesion and the histopathology report says appendicitis with Actinomyces infection - were being given Clindamycin for 2 weeks.
Please let me know the opinion of your operating Surgeon so that we can discuss further as I want to avoid differences of opinions and avoid confusion too.

Hii sir.
My surgen told me , i can stop the medicin. But the other surgen told me from same hospital i have to continue. After the first week i stopped medicine. One of the incision got infected and pus was there. So that time my operating surgen was on leave and consult other surgen and he told i should continue medication but still he told i shoud follow with my operating surgen. The culture took from i fection site . It was negative actualy but doctor told actinomyces hard to find. Again i continue 1 week medicin till my original surgen came . He told no need to take medicin. Im confused with that. If i stoped i feel like im tired and constipated. What i should do.

Brief Answer:
What are the medicines are you taking at the moment.
Detailed Answer:
Exactly, this is what I mean by, this is what happens.
Hence I requested you the details.
Two weeks is a good duration and curative in most of the cases of bacterial infection.
It all depends upon the clinical response, the progress of healing of the wounds and other clinical parameters by your symptoms and the signs that the Surgeon observes.
Please follow the operating Surgeon.
You may please discuss with him about the need about another antibiotic course and he would surely give one if he thinks is required.
Also discuss about probiotics, taking it may help.
Taking antibiotic or stopping usually does not have direct effect on feeling tired or constipated.

Only my surgen asking about my bowl movment , and my intake of food everything is XXXXXXX and he stop me from taking medicin. How to do a test fir this baceria?
Brief Answer:
As discussed
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You must have been given metronidazole or other medicines also.
These too work.
No need for taking so long as Actinomyces is a bacterium and 2 weeks is fine for its cure.
As discussed earlier that it is a combination of the symptoms, signs and he investigations and your response to the treatment that all decide the further management.
Actinomyces is a commensal (normally found) in the oral cavity and small intestine that becomes pathopgenic 'only' if there is a breech in mucosal lining, since appendix has been removed, there is no breech in mucosa and hence nothing to worry about.
If you have normal hunger, stools are normal and have proper sleep, the worry is less.
There is no tests for this bacteria at this stage.
If it would have been active, you would have pus flowing out of the wound.
How is the wound now?
