Brief Answer:
Hi, yes! You should wait.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes! in my opinion you should wait for another few weeks to see for yolk sac to appear. You can wait for yolk sac appearance till her gestational sac length reaches 13 mm in diameter. We declare the pregnancy as miscarriage only after that point of time. In the meanwhile, you can do one more thing - check your beta HCG levels.

In your case gestational sac diameter is 9.4 mm (you can wait till it's 13 mm). So you can wait for your next ultrasonography test to see yolk sac to appear( may be conception is delay in your case).

I Think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
