How Long Does A Pierced Nostril Take To Heal?

Question: Sir, I am a male and want to do nostril piercing. As i have to face many people at my work place, I need to heal it quickly and infection is not preferable for me. Can you suggest some medicine to heal quickly or not to get infected.

Take an antibiotic like cefixim 200 twice daily and combination of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase twice daily for 5 days.
Apply ointment soframycin 3 to 4 times a day.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.

Dear Doctor,

I heard that piercing take 4-6 week to heal. So should I take medicine for 5 days only or I can continue those medicine for longer period. Just need your kind opinion. Also I have not blood sugar and for any wound I get heal very fast as per my previous experience. Can you please tell me the approximate healing time as a doctor?

Complete healing for any tissue takes up to 12 weeks. Healing can be escalated by avoiding any infection. So take medicines for 5 days only and than keep applying ointment.

Doctor,

Now I am at Andhra Pradesh, XXXXXXX too much hot (42 degree centigrade). Some time sweat come while go to sun. what would you suggest...I can pierce now or I must wait till winter. Would sweat create too much problem in piercing?
