How Long Does Depo-provera Shot Remain In The System?

Question: I had a depo provera shot (one) on November 18, 2015. I now want to conceive and become pregnant. I am 33 years old. How long will it take to get depo out of my system?

Fertility return immediately after stopping depot shot but in some cases it may take time.
It may take 4-5 months to regain fertility after depot shot due to anovulatory cycle( ovulation not occur properly).

I have not gotten my period again yet. While I was on the shot, I got my period two times in the month of December. Since then, nothing. I was expecting to get it back when I didn't go back for a second shot.

Does the fact that I only had one shot increase my chances of getting pregnant sooner?
Would taking herbal remedies help regulate my hormones quicker?
