Brief Answer:
consult pulmonologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Tubercular lesion heals after appropriate treatment. And healing in lungs occur by either of the following mechanism s.
1. Fibrosis
2. Calcification.
3. Both of the above.
4. Rarely complete resolution.
So most of the times healing produce fibrocalcified lesion and it will appear in the chest x ray as whitish opacity. It is scar tissue. So it will remain as it is through out the life.
So for visa clearance you need to prove that your x ray lesions are inactive and you are not having active, infectious tuberculosis.
For this you need to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT thorax
2. Bronchoscopy and XXXXXXX (Bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis for tuberculosis.
CT thorax gives much better idea about fibrocalcified lesion than chest x ray. XXXXXXX is far superior than sputum examination to determine tubercular infection.
If both are negative, you can definitely get fitness certificate for Saudi visa.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
