Brief Answer:
no worries. screening has shown negative.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Blood or blood product transfusion is the best recognised way of transmission of hepatitis C. So before any blood transfusion there will be screening procedure for hepatitis. Even sexual spread is possible, since you have donated blood on many occasions and no problem has been recognised, no need to worry. Just for confirming you can get done PCR test for HCV RNA.

Usually there won't be any symptoms in chronic hepatitis C. So we can't relay on clinical features for diagnosis of Hepatitis C.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you good health.
Regards
