1.She has no symptoms what you mentioned. She does papsmear every 4 years and that is how this was diagnosed coincidentally. She does not have diabetes and neither does she have sexually transmitted disease. My question remains that if she hadn't done papsmear we would not know as she is absolutely fine without any symptoms. 2.How is this diagnosed without symptoms and without doing papsmear it would go unnoticed. In these circumstances what happens. 3.What other test to do as we are worried. 4.We did vitamin and iron test and they are low thats why she feels very tired. Does this cause vitamin and iron levels to drop.

Please refer pap smear report attached. There is some fungal of some form. 10 days back the doctor prescribed to take one dose of tab Fluconazole 150mg but she did not take it and everything seemed ok. Yesterday my wife she has developed fever with body ache with frequent urination. Is this urine infection or could it be a viral fever as our 5 year old daughter had a viral fever few days back. My wife says her throat also little very little bad.

1)My question is this fungal vaginal problem leading her to all these symptoms or is these symptoms are some other problem.
2) Is taking Fluconazole 150mg with these symptoms safe. Can she take it now or better to avoid.
3) What are side effect of this tablet when she take it.
4) Will it cause any harm to her body.

Thank you so much
