Brief Answer:
Give Ondansetron and Ranitidine, get her clinically examined

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

The most common cause of vomiting and stomach ache in this age is gastritis. Other causes are the liver infection, urinary tract infection or swelling in the pancreas.

I would suggest you give Ondansetron an anti-emetic for vomiting and ranitidine for gastritis/pain abdomen. If pain abdomen is severe she may need some antispasmodic like Dicyclomine or Drotaverin( Drotin or Coaid syrup).

The dose of ondansetron (ondem or vomikind syrup) for this age is 2 mg i.e. 5 ml two to three times a day. The dose of Ranitidine(Rantac syrup) would be 2.5 ml two times a day.

This will help in vomiting and pain abdomen.

At the same time, I would like to get her clinically evaluated by a pediatrician to rule out other causes of pain and vomiting.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards
