I have reviewed the attached photographs though they are not very clear.
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the spots?
Do you have itching, burning or any other complaints on these spots?
Were they solid or in the form of fluid filled blisters?
Di you have diabetes or any other ailments?
Are you taking any other medicines?
Kindly revert with the answers and if possible upload some more clearer pictures.

I month and half (July5th)

Do you have itching, burning or any other complaints on these spots?
Sometimes itching

Were they solid or in the form of fluid filled blisters?
they are solid

Di you have diabetes or any other ailments?
Diabetes 2

Are you taking any other medicines?
High Blood Pressure (amlodipine benzoate, Clonidine, hydrochloride, lysinopril)
Diabetes 2 (Janumet)

Yeast infection, apply topical antifungal cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have reviewed the newly attached pictures.
According to your complaints you seem to be having yeast infection which is quite common in diabetes.
You need to apply a topical antifungal like clotrimazole cream or Miconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily.
Besides this keep your blood sugar levels under control and keep the area dry.
This should help in subsiding your problem.
