Brief Answer:
Symptomatic treatment may be continued till the biopsy reports arrive

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be anything varrying from eczema to planter psoriasis or dermatitis but it's better to wait for the report of biopsy to get a final verdict. Till then symptomatic treatment can be pursued.

More specific or targeted treatment must be based on biopsy result as you have already been examined bt a dermatologist in person and he has preferred conclusions on labs outcome rather than on clinical judgment so it's better to wait for it.

Meanwhile keep using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine for itching. You can also apply emolients like 50 50 solutions of liquid paraffin alongwith petroleum jelly over it.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
