It all depends on what 'type' of mole & what 'cosmetic effect' is desired & the location 'site' of the mole.
But as a rule, i would prefer an 'Exciscion biopsy' lesional followed by subcutaneous or steristrip closure depending on the site.

location of mole is on upper side of lips (below nose) . Please suggest me that surgery can be done or not .?.

Hi there Again.
Costs vary from which part of the world or country you are from. Obviously more in larger cities. In Indian rupees, possibly 1500-2000 Rs. but again will depend on the doctor set-up etc. Trust this query has been answered to your satisfaction. Cheers & Good Luck!
