Brief Answer:
Vaginal or cervical polyp most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.

The big mass coming out of the vagina is most likely to be a vaginal or cervical polyp.
This polyp causes irregular bleeding and spotting and blocking of the vagina.

This needs to be examined by an OBGYN specialist, a biopsy may be required and further treatment should be done accordingly.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Can be fibroid popyp

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Irregular bleeding can be present after abortion.
Fibroid polyp can be present and can protrude from the vagina, if prolapsed or large in size.
A proper internal examination and ultrasound will confirm the diagnosis.
