Brief Answer:
Take Tylenol and observe only!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully and the attached images. This is most likely related to abrasion from the tacos. I will suggest that you take tylenol for pain control. This will control the pain and inflammation. There is no need for any specific treatment type at this time. Between, do you have any fevers?

For tylenol, use 1000mg every 8hours for the pain control.

I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to follow up with me if need be.
