Brief Answer:
Medicines need to be given for 3-7 days or as required

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I am sorry to hear that your son is not well. Most of such infections are caused due to certain viruses and take 5-10 days to recover.
* Montair is a immunity stabilizing agent. Giving it for 7 days should be good.
* Dilosyn contains an antiallergic and needs to be given for 3-5 days
* Ventorlin reduces bronchospasm and needs to be given if the child has wheezing or respiratory distress. No use continuing it othewise.
* Crocin contains paracetamol which needs to be given only if there is fever.
* Ibugesic needs to be given if paracetamol is not effective in reducing fever.

Hope that helps
