Question: Hi, its been many years.. i have these recurrent small white clusters or sometimes one pimple on the vaginal skin (outer labia ) where there is no hair growth. I have seen a doctor but her medicine doesnt quite help. i have a picture of it. wondering if you could assist.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached image. This seems to be a mild superficial skin infection. If it is not very painful or swollen then a topical antibiotic like Neosporin H cream or clindamycin cream can help. In case the pain and swelling is present then then oral pain killer and antibiotic like clindamycin are needed to control this. Wear only cotton undergarments.
