Question: Hi im having issues with lower back pain that start from the middle of my back and move down through my left but cheek down my left leg into my foot it hurts to but weight on it or even if im laying down it hurts to move i have seen multiple doctors who have told me to have an xray but nothing is there ive had this pain for 3 years or more now and it just seems to be getting worse

Your symptoms are quite characteristic for spine nerve compression due to disc herniation. X-rays are quite old and sketchy tests. They can give an information about bones. But no x-ray can tell anything about spinal cord.

That is why, I suggest you to consult orthopedist and force him to do spine MRI.

Diclophenac would be the best medicine to help with the pain. Hot bath, massage can be also helpful.
