Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You have milder form of fatty liver probably due to alcohol drinking.
Only if you quit drinking alcohol, the fatty liver will resolve.
As of now you do not have alcoholic hepatitis.
Continuing to drink will affect the liver further. It will cause alcoholic fatty liver to become alcoholic hepatitis which will further become alcoholic cirrhosis. All are serious issues.
So I would advise you to quit drinking alcohol.
The raised alkaline phosphatase which indicate cholestasis may be due to alcoholic cholestasis.
You need to get the liver function test done again after quitting alcohol to see if alkaline phosphatase is returning to baseline. If it does not happen other causes of raised alkaline phosphatase should be looked in to.
